Wage Claim Clinic Launched in Oakland and San Francisco

Through our Workers’ Rights Clinic, we regularly see low-wage workers facing wage theft in a wide range of industries.  The first step they can take to recover those wages is to file a claim with the California Labor Commissioner.

Family Caregivers Gain Flexibility with San Francisco Ordinance – Webinar
