Central Valley Workers’ Rights Helpline

This helpline is only for workers living physically in the Central Valley (from San Joaquin County to Kern County). The Central Valley Workers’ Rights Project is committed to providing access to justice for workers, regardless of immigration status, who face discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other unlawful conduct on the job.

The helpline provides services in English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, and other languages. It is staffed by legal professionals who live in the Central Valley and have deep connections to the region.

To get legal help call our helpline at (209) 497-4399 and leave a voicemail message.

A legal counselor will call you back. We typically are able to respond within 2 business days.
