We are delighted to announce that Diane Webb has joined the LAS-ELC team as Chief Program Officer (CPO). Having begun her legal career at LAS-ELC in 1998 as a John A. Sutro Public Service Fellow, Diane returns to our organization from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she was a litigation partner from 2006-2014.
