Support Legal Aid at Work

We deliver on the promise of justice for low-income people by providing free direct services on helplines and in clinics; advocating for legal and policy change providing free information and training on employment rights; and litigating individual, impact, and class actions.

Our success depends on the generosity of law firms, corporations, foundations, the State Bar trust fund, and individuals.

We welcome donations large and small to our annual appeal, annual event, and special campaigns. And we invite you to designate Legal Aid at Work as a cy pres recipient.

    Annual appeal

Legal Aid at Work’s annual appeal is a primary source of our funding. Here’s a form for gifts and pledges. You can also give by clicking “donate now” above. Learn more about the annual appeal here. See below for other ways to donate to the annual appeal.

Former U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. will speak at our annual dinner, in conversation with Stanford law Professor Pamela S. Karlan. U.S. District Court Judge Thelton E. Henderson will receive our public service award. The event, at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco, starts with a reception at 6 p.m. Find details here.

    Support our 100th Anniversary Campaign

In honor of our 100th anniversary in 2016, we are raising funds to expand the reach of our Workers’ Rights Clinic, which serves clients in eight cities and by phone. Learn about our history here. Learn more here about the campaign.
