Our Focus
The Disability Rights Program advances the civil rights of people with disabilities in employment, education, and public services.
- We operate a Disability Rights Helpline in California to provide free, confidential legal advice and referrals for workers and job seekers with disabilities.
- We provide free resources, trainings, and more to educate people with disabilities about their rights to reasonable accommodations at work, equal access to public facilities, and equity at public schools.
- We litigate individual cases and class actions that promote equity and access for people with disabilities in the workplace, at school, and in the broader community.
