
Alyssa Gonzaga
FAIR Fellow
Alyssa May Gonzaga is the 2025-2027 FAIR Fellow under the Foundation for Advocacy, Inclusion, and Resources. Alyssa earned her B.A. From the University of California, Berkeley and her J.D. From the University of California, Irvine School of Law with Pro Bono High Honors for completing over 200 hours of pro bono work.
Alyssa’s passion for workplace justice is rooted in her own immigrant and working-class upbringing in southeast San Diego, CA as well as her time volunteering with the Filipino Migrant Center, a grassroots non-profit organization located in Southern California. At UCI Law, Alyssa was a pro bono volunteer with LAAW’s Workers’ Rights Clinic, a Research Assistant, and a Clinical Student with the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic. Alyssa was also a 2024 FAIR Employee Justice Fellow and clerked at a private plaintiff-side employment firm in her 2L summer to gain more experience in litigation.
At LAAW, Alyssa will be working with the Gender Equity and LGBTQ Rights Program.
