Database & Systems Specialist
As the Database & Systems Specialist at Legal Aid at Work, Clara (she/her) serves as the primary administrator for the organization’s database management platforms. She collaborates with LAAW staff and external vendors to optimize data systems and provides insights and recommendations to improve workflows, case management efficiency, and client outcomes.
Clara currently holds three Salesforce Certifications and has extensive experience managing Salesforce and other data systems in the nonprofit sector. She is grateful to be part of a team consisting of passionate, knowledgeable, and creative individuals who are dedicated to helping the people and families that make up our communities. She finds deep meaning in knowing this work makes someone else’s life tremendously easier as they navigate a complex system.
