Grishma Neupane
Grants Compliance and Financial Manager
Grishma (she/her) oversees financial management, compliance, and reporting for LAAW’s diverse portfolio of grants. Collaborating closely with the program teams and VP of Strategy, she ensures that grant-funded programs align with financial best practices and regulatory requirements, supporting LAAW’s mission to advance workplace rights for low-wage workers and marginalized communities. She also plays an essential role in budgeting and expenditure monitoring while ensuring compliance with grant regulations.
Prior to joining LAAW, Grishma held key roles in finance and operations at nonprofit organizations where she managed financial reporting, grant compliance, and optimized budget allocations. Grishma holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Denver. Passionate about social justice and equity, she brings a commitment to fostering financial integrity in support of advocacy and legal services that empower underrepresented communities.
