Natalia Gottschalk
Work and Family Program Advocate
Natalia Gottschalk (they/she/elle/ella) is the Work and Family Program Advocate – supporting the team’s attorneys and legal staff by providing outreach and trauma-informed direct services to working families and domestic violence survivors. Along with having lifelong experience working with marginalized communities, Natalia is a certified domestic violence counselor, and has received awards for their dedicated service to low-income and undocumented clients. Prior to LAAW, Natalia worked as a Family Law Advocate, a medical and housing case manager, and a community organizer for a free health clinic. Natalia lives in San Diego, by the ocean, with their wife and two dogs.
