Alison (she/her) oversees the organization’s Human Resources department, directly managing all recruiting, DEI, and labor relations workstreams. Central to this work is her commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable culture. Prior to joining LAAW, Alison provided executive search services to social sector clients, and also led national recruitment efforts for a workforce development organization.
