Legal Aid at Work and Beyond Binary Legal are excited to present our Transgender and Nonbinary Workers’ Toolkit. We created this resource in collaboration with community members to make it easier for transgender and nonbinary people to understand their legal rights at work and take action when employers break the law. It was most recently revised in March 2022.
