Workers’ Rights Clinic

The Workers’ Rights Clinic provides low-income and unemployed people with free, confidential information about their legal rights related to work in California. We provide services in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, and many other languages. Call the numbers on this page to schedule an appointment near you.

Hours

The Workers’ Rights Clinic administrative phone line is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

Our dates of closure for the rest of the year are:

May 1 – May 31 (spring recess period)
August 5 – August 19 (summer recess period)
November 18 – December 2 (fall recess period)
December 23 – January 6 (winter recess period)

Income eligibility for the Workers’ Rights Clinic

The Workers’ Rights Clinic is free, but we only serve people whose income is lower than the amounts below:
